Description

EZ1

The EZ1 board provides a ‘transistorized’ mains rated SPCO relay that can be driven from 5-12 Volt logic signals. In addition a 5 Volt regulated output is provided to power signal conditioning or other drive circuitry. The board can be operated from either a 12-16V DC supply or a 12Volt AC (transformer) supply. Very useful - a 'hundred and one' applications.

EZ2

The EZ2 ‘Intelligent’ relay driver board comprises a ‘flash’ programmable 8 pin PIC microcontroller, a 5 Volt regulated power supply, input signal conditioning/protection circuitry and a mains rated Single Pole Change Over (SPCO) relay. The board can be operated from either a 12-16V DC supply or a 12Volt AC (transformer) supply.

The PIC microcontroller allows multiple timing and control functions to be executed in software and can optionally be battery backed for long term timing applications. An In-Circuit Serial Programming (ICSP) connector allows convenient re-programming during software development and for example, could be connected to external switches, potentiometers or a piezo sounder. An additional signal processing board can be plugged in to provide low level AC or DC signal processing.
